Jerk Chicken/Jerk BBQ Chicken

Jerk flavour is associated with Jamaican cooking. I have made a jerk paste that is full of flavour while delivering the jerk flavour you want.

Marinade you meat or Quorn with the Jerk paste for as long as possible – overnight in the fridge where possible.

To cook, you can fry, grill, roast or BBQ your meat the following day. If you do BBQ the meat or Quorn, I recommend that you coat your meat when it’s almost cooked with the Jerk BBQ to add a bit of sweetness and sticky smoky finger licking flavour.
