The judges loved the fruitiness and nuanced smoky flavours, along with the texture and subtle use of spice. When the heat kicks in it takes over, growing in graduation and punching through. The finish is long and tasty. We just loved how they have taken a heat so high and applied real technique to draw out the best of it. Sublime. 

 

“On tasting there are the fragrant flavours of those spices like ginger and cardamom and a gentle savoury element from the garlic with a good balance of sweetness from the raisins. Then the heat grows in the mouth to a long lingering finish. We do enjoy this flavour combination”.
